I think that the case against Rubiales is a storm in the puddle…its not at all about defending women’s rights…the question is If it was a sexsual assault according to the Spanish law or not…anybody could be the subject of sexsual assault…although Hermoso claimed that she didnt enjoy the kiss, but this kiss wasnt really to enjoy, it was a victory kiss, What happens after important victorious sport events doesnt is? and she didnt seem to protest against it during the action, so maybe she gave her consent? Maybe….and when she is makeing joke and laughing about it with her playmates, it could also mean that probably it doesnt really hurt her feelings either. But you never can really tell…
This case must be about something very different, when 81 players of the team is protesting against Rubiales and want him to resign, than a day later they were making joke about the story in the team bus and scandal Kiss Kiss Kiss to him…this can not be taken seriously…but it definately has its effect on Rubiales life and makes a joke of and distort real sexual assault cases.

As a "defender of women's rights" your writing (this article included) is not very credible particularly since you don't see the connection between misogyny and hatred of transgender people, the connection between all the rights to control one's own body (for women's right to choose and transgenders' right to choose) but when I searched the question "do statistics exist on transgender victims of murder and violence ?" some interesting links came up. The hyperlinks are lost but you can copy and read the entries manually (Funny word that "manually" ! )
